At the annual meeting May 1st, Iris Nentwig and Brad Berg were elected to serve on the HOA board of directors along with current members Chris Mehr, Leroux Redman and Curtis Wilkinson.  These volunteer board members dedicate many hours to manage the operation of our subdivision.  Give them a big thank you the next time you see them !

 

Montana Opticom, a telecommunications company that provides television, Internet and telephone service, is installing of fiber optic cable in the area and should be working in the subdivision in the near future.  Once the cable is installed, homeowners have the option of subscribing to Montana Opticom's services.

To bury the fiber optic cable, Montana Opticom will access the easement area of each lot in the subdivision.  The 10 foot easements are designated on the plat maps of the subdivision and are located along the front, side or back property boundary of every lot.
