The Homeowners’ Association implemented an electronic payment plan for HOA dues effective January 5, 2010. After written authorization by a homeowner, their dues will be charged directly to their checking or savings account.  Dues may be paid monthly or quarterly.  There is no fee for this service, and it is administered by the HOA’s accountant, Galusha, Higgins & Galusha.  If you are interested in paying your dues electronically complete the online request form.  An authorization form will then be mailed to you.  Please complete the form and return it to the accountant for setup.  The next quarterly payment will be made April 5th.  Monthly payments are processed the 5th of each month.

 

 

 

The Landmark Water Company received approval from the Public Service Commission for an interim rate increase.  Because the new rate was based solely on an increase in the wholesale rate which the water company pays for water, the interim increase was granted without protest. When Landmark Water Company submits their request for a permanent change, the Montana Consumer Counsel will intervene if the permanent rates requested are higher than the interim rates.

 

The Landmark Homeowners Association has partnered with Above & Beyond Property Management to monitor the covenants in the subdivision.
