Covenant Enforcement
The Landmark HOA Board of Directors is in the process of developing a resolution that will lay out new steps for enforcing the subdivision covenants. In summary, the document will have three levels of enforcement:
1. First violation - warning letter.
2. If violation is not corrected within seven days of first letter a 2nd letter sent by certified mail.
3. If a hearing has not been requested or if the violation has not yet been remedied within seven days a fine will be assessed: $35 plus $5 per day until the violation is remedied, retroactive to the date of first letter.
This is projected to go into effect January 1, 2015. There will be some lenience given, due to the weather, for building screening fences for campers, installing boulevard trees, installing lamp posts, etc., if arrangements are made with Luna Property Management. A full copy of the board resolution will be sent out after it has been finalized.
