On Monday, July 1st, the HOA's lawn care vendor is planning to spray weeds and fertilize the irrigated turf in the Landmark parks and common areas.  The work will be completed weather permitting, according to wind, rain, and heat conditions.  Thus, the date of the spraying and fertilization may change.
