Update on I-90 Fence
     Like the other companies that gave us bids, 3L Fencing required a deposit. The deposit was approximately $27,000. 3L Fencing first ordered 6\' boards instead of 8\' boards. We pointed out that mistake, and 3L Fencing has not returned to the job. 3L Fencing also has not responded to any of our calls.
     The homeowners\' association attorney recently sent 3L Fencing a letter regarding its breach of contract. In the event 3L Fencing does not reply to that letter, we will likely take legal action against 3L Fencing. In the meantime, we hope to complete the fencing project next summer. We understand that the fence needs to be complete as soon as possible, and are working to do so.
