Montana Opticom update:

Montana Opticom, a telecommunications company that provides television, Internet and telephone service, is installing fiber optic cable in the area and is currently working in the subdivision. Once the cable is installed, homeowners have the option of subscribing to Montana Opticom's services.

To bury the fiber optic cable, Montana Opticom will access the easement area of each lot in the subdivision. The 10 foot easements are designated on the plat maps of the subdivision and are located along the front, side or back property boundary of every lot.
